While the cruise industry is not known for sustainability, some ocean cruise lines have made an effort to clean up their acts. Thanks to the people over at Friends of the Earth, I now have a resource to check how earth friendly a cruise is. Additionally, small ship cruises are generally greener than traditional cruises. Fortunately, travelers can find more earth friendly cruises to Alaska than to some other destinations.
